*OUCH!!* Broken nail! PLEASE help!!

My friend has broken her nail! eshk! BUT the split is halfway down her nail! It looks very painful and she is protecting it with a plaster!! (so NOT a good look!!)

She has asked me if I know a way that she can "heal" the split...we cant cut the nail off because the split is halfway down the nailbed.

Is there a way that I can help fix this split, so that the nail can continue to grow??

I've also offered to give her a free nail and hand pamper, cos her nails are just a mess! Nice and long but all different lengths and in need of some TLC!!!

Man alive... just thinking about it makes my eyes water.

Wrap that nail... A little resin/adhesive and fibreglass/silk/linen/napkin/teabag/loo-paper/old rags to act as a bandage... make sure you sanitise and dehydrate first.
