Overlay Lifting

I've been doing nails for about two years now and I've had no lifting when appyling tips but when I'm applying a natural overlay it always lifts from the free edges and also around the cuticle. Can someone please help:irked:

I currently use nailite products, i push back cuticle, remove non-lifting tissue, remove shine, cleanse with scrub fresh, apply primer

Hi, i am having exactly the same problem, did nno yesterday, having done very thorough prep job first, and the lady says that she now has spots of opaque colour coming through and lifting!! i dont know what i am doing wrong either.:hug:

Hi ladies,

Sounds like the seal is broken around the free edge. Make sure when you are applying your gel that you cap the free edge really well and do not file it afterwards. Filing it will break the seal between the overlay and the nail.
