Im having trouble deciding which route to take. I am currently looking into re opening a nail bar and starting out on my own. Just to confuse things someone from a local hair salon has offered me a beauty room (which she is going to do up for me).
She said she wants £35 a day rent, which personally I think is a lot (although she did say she'd negotiate on this).
The bar would be really cheap rent, in fact considerably less (even with bills/council tax etc)
I don't know what to do as obviously id have my own business re opening the nail bar which is what i want, but in the salon id have potential clients there waiting for me and less responsibility.
Also the nail bar is in a town which is further away.....
And the hair salon is a few doors down from a very popular beauty salon. Just to make things a bit more difficult!
Any advice would be appreciated as Im really struggling to make a decision! Oh and i do have a good client base already
