Hi i am struggling with a question from my beauty therapy course and just wondering if any one can help tried my books and looking on internet but cant find it so here goes
State how oxidation affects the shelf life of an eyelash tint ?
thank you June

exposure of the product to oxygen can alter the colour and effectiveness, thats why it needs to be stored with the top secure :)

As Sodabubble says it shortens the shelf life as once the product becomes oxidised it will not be as effective

The hydrogen peroxide when mixed with the tint and exposed to the air oxidises, as it decomposes, and causes the hairs to become coloured. It also decomposes however when you don't want it to when exposed to air or light.
