Hi,
I forgot this firming mask from kaeso in a cup board . It is almost a year old but un used. I opened it for the first time today. Now it looks like that . I want to ask is it expired . It smells normal .

Hi Moona z,
I have just looked at my same product opened a few months ago and it is pure white. Yours looks rather darker beige and it shouldn't be. Mine also has a silky, creamy texture, with no lumps nor bubbles in it neither.
For the cost of a replacement I'd get a new one, it isn't worth wondering if it's ok by the looks of it.

Alternatively, contact Kaeso customer services giving them the batch number and they may know exactly how long ago it was manufactured and advise accordingly.
