Pedicure stool and chair

hi can anyone advise me on a pedicure stool and a comfortable chair for the client to sit in for when i do my pedicure treatments. i currently just get the client to put there foot on my lap but its uncomfortable for me and it doesnt look comfotable for them and i have a few customers with artherites and knee problems and when i come to do nail art on toes i find it difficult i could do with something flat to put there feet on thats adjustable , i have had alook around at some of them but dont wnat to waste my money if there no good.
any ideas geeks ??

you could try a la fuma chair, I use one sometimes for reflexology treatments.
