Hi....

I am planning to carry out various beauty courses throughout the year with to aim of becoming a fully trained mobile beautician.

Firstly... I would like to ask, in your experience, how profitable can a mobile beauty service be?

Secondly... Does anyone have any tips or advice on how to get a mobile beauty service off the ground? (I have be sienna x spray tanning training next week, so i will be offering a mobile/home tanning service very soon.)

Last but not least, I have seen that some people offer a variety of pedicures, for example, luxury pedicures, mint pedicures and chocolate pedicures. I would like to offer a varied list of services and I was wondering if you have to train in mint/chocolate pedicures and can you just change the products that you you's for each pedicure?

Many Thanks in advance for your help!! :)

As far as your business questions go ... if you do a search there are many many threads with advise on how to get going ... look in the business section.

You last question I would answer by saying that it only makes sense to do product training when you change to a new product.

It is standard to expect that as a therapist you know your products inside and out .. not just how to perform a standard pedicure. Your training will be about how to use the new brand the most effectively to make money with it .... It simply does not make any sense not to do so .. it is to your and your business's advantage.
