Platinum toner

Evening all.

After a little help and advice. What is the best bleach and toner you have used to get a nice platinum finish? I've been using joico blonde life bleach but don't seem to be getting enough lift first time before putting on a platinum toner.

Any help, tips or advice will be much appreciated.
