I've just been down to the wholesalers today hoping to get the OPI Manicure and Pedicure Range....Problem...I can only get the OPI pedicure range from 2 places I tried.

1st Question: Can I use offer OPI as a pedicure and not have the matching range for manicures??

2nd Question: What manicure range is just as good and as readily available as products such as OPI and Jesscia as I only seem to find the really basic products such as Salon Systems for manicures when I look in Sallys or Capital Hair and Beauty.

3rd Question: Can anyone recommend anywhere else to shop other than online, Sallys/Capital, I like to look at the stuff before I buy it. I live in SE London.

Please let me know your thoughts, I just don't think its right to offer OPI pedicure if I can't match the quality with a manicure range. Or am I being really fussy and worrying for no reason?

 Help as I don't know what to do or to offer my clients! I'm just starting out with offering manicures/pedicures and I want to make a good impression from the start.

Thank you! x

I would personally prefer to use the same range of products for both mani and pedis, but that is my opinion.

I think it looks more professional to have the same products for both and usually they compliment each other too.

Is there a reason you only want the OPI range? Is this what you were trained in using?

I have to say i rarely find a brilliant product that i love from Sally's in all honesty. I myself prefer the EZ Flow range of mani and pedi products, it is yummy smell wise and gets great results. It depends on what you want really.

My only reason for using OPI is I've used the products in the past as a customer and as a professional and really liked it. Plus I wanted to use a branded name that everyone tends to know so they feel comfortable and as though they are getting value for money because its a good well known product.

Which range do you use/recommend? I totally agree with you and I think it looks better to use the same range hence my message because I don't know what to do now because the place I got the OPI pedicure stuff from won't offer me a refund even though I only got it this morning and took it back 2 hours later! :irked:

A bit of panic buying has got me into trouble!! Well not so much panic because I was hoping to buy the OPI matching manicure range online....just wished I'd researched it a bit more first.

Why don't you go direct to Lena White to buy your OPI products? I have just swapped mani and pedi products to OPI and if you give them a call you will be put in touch with a rep who can help your out with your order. Their minimum order is £50 so it isn't going to break the bank and you'll still be able to make use of the products you have already bought.

hth:hug:
