Hi,

Logically i know there are 52 weeks in a year, have got to the end of my simplex-d book and (according to the book) there are 54 weeks! I don't know what to work out up to - 52 as i've done, or change weeks to 53 and 54 instead of going back to week 1 and 2. Can anyone help me?!

It depends on how you account for yourself - there are only 52 weeks in a year you're not going mad. However it probably has extra to cover the odd 'accounting year' which can have 53 weeks to allow full months takings to be included you will have one of these every few years or so. Don't know why it woudl have 54, but you should just account for 52 or 53 weeks as necessary to complete a full years trading.

You only do the 52 weeks and leave the 2 left over blank,
there are an extra couple of weeks in the book that you don't need to worry about this year hth
