Please someone...what time does s2 open????

Hi Guys

Anyone know what time Sweet Squared opens?? Sitting here trying to get through to order my Shellac and engaged engaged engaged and then it said to hold and I was in a queue and the holding time was approx.
28 MINUTES!!!!!!

At this rate I won't have any nails left to try Shellac on!!!!!

I am not surprised the lines are busy - everyone will want to be their first customer this morning.

If you go to the home page there is a facility for live chat - if it says leave us a message then they are either busy or closed - but I dont think these guys do ever have no one there LOL.

If it says chat to us then get in there and press that button.

Just a heads up to everyone ordering....

It wasnt online at all at 9.30 so when i got through online i had no idea what the colours were which is a poor show if you ask me. You wouldnt buy paint without seeing it!

Anyhoo someone on chitchat recomended looking on the american site Meet the Colors - CND then you can see before you choose.

Hope it helps someone and speeds up the staffs time trying desperately to explain the colours! I had some poor girl on the phone for ages!

After the hugely busy weekend the S2 team have had I'm not surprised that the colours aren't on the site yet.
There are many ways to see the colours, including some pics that Geeks have posted both on threads and also in the Shellac Lovers Group.

Maybe a little patience and understanding is needed?

I'll be honest, not really! This launch didnt jump up on them by mistake neither did The Event. I dont believe it would have been too hard to do the background and load up the website weeks/months before then just "go live" Plenty of other websites manage it on a daily basis, for e.g Ticketmaster. Especially when you consider that you can only purchase through one distributer.

Its not a major rant at all in fact bearing my background in makerting I am always impressed with S2's sales processes and hype however on this occasion they could have done better.

Just my 2p worth as a customers view.

We have been prepped up with this. Web was loaded up weeks in advance but we were waiting for release of the sea order. Apart from doubling or trippling our staff, we couldn't have done more

Oooh I think you have done well... it must have been up there with the box office selling TakeThat tickets! I waited hours and hours for tickets... I even had family, friends and clients ringing up for me..... So a half hour for something just as exciting (no, I mean it, Shellac, right now, is UP there lol) is not bad at all. Bet you all were meeting yourselves coming back this morning..... well done! x x
