PO1 toner on extensions?

I have Loreal infini on my roots, and I'm quite light naturally so it goes quite white, I'd say platinum, so the lightest clip in extensions I can find are #60 and I still find these quite yellow!!! Has anyone put a LUO PO1 on extensions? Does it grab? I've just put a po1 on my hair but was scared to do the extensions without feedback.

I found by just washing the extensions with a good purple shampoo made them go whiter x

I did try this yesterday but was afraid of leaving it on too long and going purple lol, I might try again but leave it longer.

Yeah you do have to be careful, I washed my extensions with purple shampoo every time I washed it but they went purple! So be careful lol x

Po1 is good on extensions!! But give them a good few washes first to get the coating off that new extensions always have. Also if they go purple with shampoo itl just clarify out so don't panic!! X

I personally used Colour Fresh 8/81 on both my hair and extensions. It worked out well for me, as I really love cool colours opposed to the brassy platinum some people prefer...

I used p01 last night on extensions and it worked a treat, I only left it on for about 5 or 6 minutes though but that was all it needed really, and def silverising shampoo every so often x

Those extensions still look pretty yellow on my screen compared to the hair.

Would you not be better off trying a soft gold toner on your own hair? It might look quite striking against the violet flash you have had placed in the front.

Yes your extentions still look slightly golden next to your hair. Maybe you need to leave it on longer? I will definatly try this tonight x

That was just a photo to show you it softens quite a lot on first application... After second wash with silver shampoo they were perfect !
