I have recently had my first few clients and after having back pain the next day from using coffee tables and sitting in awkward positions, I have invested in a nail tech table (which came yesterday and cant wait to get it open lol).

My question to all you mobile techs out there, is do you have a pair of chairs/stools or do most clients have dining chairs that you can use?

If you have your own where did you purchase them from as when I do a search they seem to be REALLy expensive?

Thanks

sorry to bump this up but would love all your opinions on this one.
Thanks

Hi,I take a hydrolic stool along with me I got it from Sallys for 20 quid, the client usually sits on a dining room table chair.

This isn't really the answer you were looking for but I have recently purchased a stool for me and its called a saddle stool. You could certainly purchase one to take mobile with you. I used to have a bad back what with doing nails and sitting at a desk typing all day in the office and I've just noticed, I don't have a sore back anymore!

Why don't you buy something for yourself to sit on and get the client to use their ironing board as a "desk" then you can adjust to the height you need?

:lol:hi i just bought a folding stool from au naturale for £10
