Hi , Ive never tried a posture stool out before but was wondering wether one would be ok for doing mobile nails. Im sometimes finding Im suffering from lower back ache and know these are supposed to be great for back posture...hence the name of them ...Does anyone else use them or are they not suitable for this type of work and would they be heavy to lug around?

i have one,
it is quite heavy but you would need to lift one to assess for yourself really, (they are on wheels)
mine was left in the salon that i bought and i had never used one before,
for the first 2 weeks i was in agony with back pain and i have never suffered before,
i went to my doctor and she said it was the chair that was realigning my spine,
after that it has been great, i never get back ache with it even if im at the desk all the day with no breaks,
you can get them quite cheap at staples, hth
Ive just remembered another good point about them,
because you are sat in the kneeling position you don't end up touching knees or feet with the client at the other side of your desk either

Thanks Louby lou thats reallyusefull, I ll take a look in Staples for one.
