Pre-bonded hair extensions

My son has treated me to a full head of prebonded hair extensions for my forthcomming birthday and they have been in for 3 weeks tommorow.
The problem is they keep matting and are full of spit ends. I have been going to my hairdresser for wash and blow dries and have been using a quality dry shampoo in the interim with morrocan oil can anyone advise if it is normal for extensions to be looking so tiered after only 3 weeks?:sad:

I know in my salon we don't recommend the use of dry shampoo at all with hair extensions... If they're pre bonded it wont be an issue of the hair being upside down... It could be to do with the quality of the hair that has been used... In my salon we tend to only use European hair, as it tends to be the best quality.. You should contact the salon and speak to them directly and tell them whats happened.
