Hi can anybody help me, I hav a client who usually has a full head bleach with 9% followed by an ash toner, she now want to tone it down go full head softer blonde and I'm needed some help as the what colour to use, I know the hair will need pre pigmenting first then will need lifting on the root as she is about a base 5 but toning on the ends help?????
