I found the prep tutorial and i know i'm using the right grit now(240)!!!!

I use the Koala 240 too
the tutorials on here are excellent for putting your mind at rest, I use them a lot

Have a look at some of the tutorials on this site re: prep and it should tell you what grit to use,
