Many congratulations to Prince William and Kate Middleton who announced their engagement today.

The big question is: what did Kate have on her nails (looked like Shellac!) and who did them?

Nails aside, although I did notice them, I think it's lovely news. I hope Diana's engagement ring brings Kate better luck and I suspect that it just might!
