Problem with yellow Additive

Hi Guys.

I've purchased the yellow & black CND additive. Used the black & it gives me exactly the look I wanted!
I used the yellow over red but when I put the top coat on it just disappeared? Am I doing something wrong? X

No I don't think you have done anything wrong, the yellow pigment can be easily cancelled out by a strong red. If you were trying to achieve an orange colour? You need to use a softer red with a higher percentage of orange to start with, such as a coral. Look up a colour chart online and this might help you to work your pigments to achieve the colour you want. x
