Problems with new CND lamp

I am having real problems with my new CND lamp. I have used it three times and came to do my own nails today and noticed that only two of the tubes were working. I am going to ring S2 tomorrow to see what they say but in the meantime wondered if anyone had had the same problems. I have had the tubes out and moved them round, but the one on the far left and the left top are not working, and it's obviously not the bulbs. I wondered why it wasn't curing my nails properly.:sad:

Will it make you feel any better to know if anyone else has the same problem?

I think that contacting S2 is the way to go here.

I suppose one or two lamps out of the thousand sold since the first of May would not be unusual if one or two were faulty.

They are under warranty so in order to get it fixed you will need to send it to S2 .... I know they will do anything they need to do to help you. It is a nuisance, I know, so the sooner you act the quicker it will be fixed.

Anyone else with any concerns can take them to S2 rather than to salon geek ... Sweet Squared is where you will get help.
