Problems With Nsi Gels

Hi guys,

We have been using NSI Gel Overlays and have encountered a few problems - can you help!!!!!????!!!!!

After proper prepping, i followed the NSI step by step, pink and white. At the end i wipe off, but the whole of the nail plate dulled and bubbled.....

Any ideas? We have called NSI, but we are still awaiting.....

The finish gel seems sooo sensitive to anything on the nailplate. I found that by following their instructions for P&W and then before putting the finish on I use the one step basic (do not wipe) and then finish, it works alot better!!!!

Could it be that they have not cured properly ?
when you say bubbled could this be that the gel has had air bubbles in on pick up or maybe that it has been whiped?
