I'm currently working towards NVQ level 3 and struggling with unit G6 - Promoting additional products & services to clients
One of the questions is "what does Beauty Salons have to offer above other outlets (chemist chains, supermarkers, internet etc) in selling products?"
Ive got that Product Knowledge is greater. Good understanding of benefits of product and that products can be linked to services and needs of client. But need a few more.
