Hi,
Im curious as too what qualifications you need to have to become a fully qualified nail technician,would i be right in saying at an nvq2 & nvq3 level make you fully qualified? Ive only got a diploma and ive passed my first bio sculp. course so i assume i couldnt advertise myself as full qualified?

I think this would depend on "where in the world you are "......as every place has rules and regulations ...maybe you could fill in your profile a bit more?
