Query re paraffin wax

We covered this briefly on my manicure and pedi course and I would like to purchase one. The way we were shown was to decant some wax in to a bowl and paint it on.

I have noticed the wholesalers sell ones where you dip your hand or foot in? I was wondering then about sanitation or would you have to clean the whole thing out each time if you intended to dip? Or do you just heat up enough for one client or can the wax be reheated.

I am going to be mobile once I start working and wondered what would be the best way to incorporate this treatment.
