Question about LED lamps

I use gelish and I find with doing a french i have to flash cure for a second as I am not able to do all five fingers without my smile lines going wonky. So my question is with an led lamp can i still do this or will i over cure the gel polish? I hope I'm making myself clear, thanks everyone.

So u use a led lamp to flash freeze?

yes, led to freeze the white from bleeding i go for 5 sec. it works really well, and do the regular timing when im all done with all the fingers an that hand.
