With my ongoing problems with rebalances I've read a tutorial which one
of the entries here led me to - bit confused on one section tho - could
someone please explain what it means when it states that for the
forever french rebalance to keep the permenant french look you only need to
thin out all 3 zones and apply new product to zone 1 (for the new smile
line) and 3 (for the fill). Surely as the white would be a certain
thickness to cover more than the original (as nail has grown) this would
leave zone 2 unlevel with the other zones completely?

Am I being really dumb (again!) :o(

No, you are correct.

1. Re-apply the white to z1.
2. Re-apply in z2 to rebuild.
3. Re-apply in z3 to fill.

Some may accomplish step 2 & 3 using only one bead. This is not incorrect as long as you achieve what needs to be done.
There are many ways to do the same job.

Thanks Geeg - so the write up wasn't quite correct then? You know I'm really seeing you as a bit of an "aunty" figure now - and that is in the nicest possible way :D
