How would you rebalance a PopIt? File down the product and then re-apply another PopIt but using a lot less acrylic??? Advice would be grately appreciated!!!!

That is one way you can do it but I prefer to rebalance in the usual way by hand as i think it is much quicker and there is allot less filing to do.

If you rebalance using the PopIts again, then you HAVE to remove half the product by filing (actually an efile would speed up the job in this case) before you reapply or the nails would just get thicker and thicker.

If you rebalance by hand, then it only takes about 30 minutes to shorten and fill in literally. Because of the way PopIts are constructed, a fill in is all you have to do ... the central apex keeps the balance in the centre where you need it so the apex is always there.

After about 3 or 4 rebalances by hand you can then have a good old file down and thin out and reapply the PopIt again. I hope I have made this clear.
