Recommendations for treatments in Edinburgh?

I'm in Edinburgh for the next 2 and a half weeks.
I'm looking to have a lash lift and tint, half leg wax and a pedicure.
Fairly central would be good as I don't want to get lost! Any recommendations or anybody have any appointment spaces?
