Recruitment Pains!

I've advertised for a Barber/Hairstylist on a full-time contract (employed) to help build a new team for our Men's Grooming business - We've tried online ad's with HJI/StyleTech/Gumtree/SalonGeek the Jobcentre I've tried newspaper advertising and I've tried posters in shop window's - Only seem to get applicantion's from Trainee's - Don't want to poach staff from other salon's - Any recommendation's I'm running out of idea's! :cry:
