Hi everyone!

Do I need to remove all of the old pink and white before I can refill the new pink and white? What is the quickiest way to remove the old pink and white? It takes me longer to do a refill than doing the whole new set. Thank for your help.

No. For a refill you just lower the height/thickness of the nail from about half way on their nail bed to their cuticle, remove any product that has lifted and blend the edges, then place in pink. thats a REFILL.
but a reWHITE is the same refill procedure but you must remove some NOT ALL the white product so that you can refill the white and place the smile line back in the correct place.(2 thirds pink 1 third white) rewhites do take longer so you must inform your client of this and charge a higher price than a refill :) hope this helps xx
