Removal of milia

Could anyone update me on the removal of milia? When I trained light years ago we broke the skin in a cross to express the pearl of sebum.

Yep, diathermy with electrolysis. V effective.
My electrolysis tutor uses a microlance though...

hi lynne, odd that your electrolysis tutor would not use diathermy, no risk of scarring plus using a microlance can be painful for the client. all well each to their own
