I have a new client whose friend( a hairstylist) bleached then used L'Oréal hi lift ash+ on top. The result is a nice ash grey colour but the condition is shot. Looks like candyfloss. Client now want blonde hilites with caramel lo lights runnin through. Any advice?

Because of the condition I would say just try a deep cleansing shampoo and leave it on for the full five minutes. And see how much colour that lifts out. Then just use a light warm blonde with maybe 3%. And then use a 8 natural gld copper for the caramel lowlights with the lowest developer. Use olaplex if available and reconstructive treatment. Send her home with shampoo and conditioner.

Thank you! The same as I thought more or less but, needed reassuring !
