Hi I always use opi and never had problems taking it off, but I did a French using my usual products but as they were on my toes they were on for just over a week, I could not get the polish off! I tried remover and acetone but it wouldn't budge, had to buff then scrape the rest off, not good for my nails :( any ideas? Should I have tried soaking them for a while?

I usually soak a cotton pad with acetone, wrap around the nail and then wrap that over with tin foil, so that they stay on. Then leave them on to soak for a bout ten minutes. They don't come offe straight away when you take them off, you usually have to scrape it off, but it makes it a hell of a lot softer so that it's a lot kinder to the nail.

Hope this helps! :)
