rental question!

Iv been emailing a women regarding renting a space from her for tanning and nails. Its office space but she said it would be suitable for doing that, the price is £162 per month for a space off 216 square feet, not including rates yet she said that would have to be worked out. The only thing is its in quite a quiet town that theres not alot around, would it be worth it opening in a small quiet place or do u think its just something u would have to wait and see? she said theres loads of parking which i thought was a bonus also! i dunno weather i should go have a look just to see it!? what would u do with this offer? xx

You say it is quiet, but are there many office workers in the area?
£162 per month is cheap for 216 sq feet.
Just worked out my new nail room, that will open next Wednesday 9' x 7' = 63 sq feet, £50 per week.
But is in a busy sunbed shop........So I will wait and see.
You may get good office trade instead of general public, check out the area at different times of the day.

im not sure to be honest, i think the road is quite busy people taking a shortcut to another place though! i have no idea how much 216 sq feet is lol. i might just go for a look just out of curiosty and see what else is around, i know there is a golf club directly across the road that could possibly used for advertising possibly to the golfers wifes lol! xx
