hi evevryone, i found out why im only taking £40 per week, the staff whom answer the phone downstairs in the hair salon (we use the same number) was asked is that gorgeous beauty salon, she replied no he said ok sorry and hung up. she did not advice him i was upstairs nor put his call through.
secondly after putting my rent up!!i also realised they are performing waxing and tinting downstairs! not sending them up to me!
so my partner n i have decided i go it alone, we have found a lovely shop on a busy main road on the way to our busy shopping mall!
so i have decided to have hairdressing too, but i want to rent the stations out. i will be providing hair colours products and wash basins everything really all they need is their scissors lol. do you think £100 a week is resonable and what sort of info do i need to include on my contracts?
im also debating rennting the nail bar, any ideas thanks
