Renting to a lady for fillers and botox

Hi I have a registered nurse coming in to have a meeting tomorrow about renting a room once a month to do fillers and botox and such.
I am unsure of weather do do a days rental or percentage and if so how much is recommended per day or what percentage.
The lady will be providing everything herself including insurance other than the room electric and couch roll and i will obviously be promoting her on my FB and telling clients and will let her put a poster in window if she provides one herself.
Recommendations please?

I have a lady come in and I get 10% commission from her appointments and half price treatments for myself. I could of gone for 20% and no discount but I have a few things done a year so I was more than happy with this deal. X
