Rohs UV lamp?

has anyone used one of these lamps for curing gel or power polish nails?
wondering if they are any good for curing gel or power polish nails?

No such lamp I am afraid ;-) That is just an information label and not an indication of what the lamp actually is so to speak

ROHS is just similar to CE marking ie something is ROHS compliant or CE compliant or both

It stands for Restriction of Hazardous Substances
