Salon Ceiling Lighting?

hi all

does anyone have any recommendations for salon ceiling lighting ?

im moving my salon shortly (room is approx 12ft sq) and will need to get new lighting and am after really bright light maybe just one in the centre - but can have others put in if this is a better option ?

are we able to get "daylight" lightbulbs for normal ceiling lights ?

When i moved into my salon i had 9 ceiling lights with energy saving bulbs. They were just small circular ones and to be honest the energy saving bulbs just don't throw out enough light. I had some strip lights put in. Couldn't believe the difference. Only thing i didn't like about them was that i can now see my grey hair!!!!!!!!!!!:lol:
