Salon fittings

Can anyone advise me on where to even start looking for salon fittings ie storage cupboards & work top/sinks?

Are most of them just ordinary kitchen or bathroom units from the likes of B&Q? Its just I've seen a few in other salons and they look so professional and not 'kitchen' like, but cannot seem to find specific units for salons.

Any advice appreciated.

Have you tried Ikea - they have a fantastic range of furniture & storage solutions that enable you to make your salon look plush even on a tight budget. I know loads of salons who have furnished themselves from Ikea!

ikea or ebay are great ways to furnish a salon these days, however with alot of places feeling the pinch you can negotiate a good deal in most furniture stores
