Don't feel like you have to justify yourself to your clients - if I asked for an appointment at six and was told there wasn't one available I wouldn't dream of asking why not!
 
Thank you all for replying with such great advice I am going to send out an newsletter letting everyone know what times are available hopefully i wont upset anyone, feel better doing this than telling them face to face cause i am such a pushover i know if they said well that not suitable for me then i would just end up back at square one.

Could i ask just one more thing i have never did a newsletter before would anyone mind pm me with an example so i had a vague idea of what layout to do.
