I'm not sure the reasons for why you've not got your tickets as yet - though 1000 or so of ours did go missing in transit recently - very frustrating!

If you are still looking for any - and this goes for anyone looking in - then pm me your details and I'll send one to you. Alternatively I'm sure you can still register online on the beautyserve website.

All you will need is the registration number they emailed to you when you registered,
give your number at the door and they print you another badge

I ordered mine weeks ago for me and Kim.

For some reason, Kim's has come and mine hasn't????
