Seche Vite Fast Dry Top Coat

I love the shine and plastic like finish of Seche Vite fast dry top coat.

Does anyone know where I can get this trade? I tried emailing them from the website but the email bounced back and I think it was an American site anyway.

Sally's don't stock it and all my other products are OPI so I get those from Lena White.
