semi permanent eyebrows !!

hi all,
i'm a hairgeek, and was wondering if anyone can give me some advice about semi permanent tattoos ?
i would like to have my eyebrows done and have absolutely no idea about where to get it done, how much it costs and how good it looks.
I have very blonde eyebrows (even though my hair is dark) so i pluck most of them out and pencil them in and after a 100 years of doing that i've ruined them !!

What would you like to know Debi? You can check out Katelisa's brows that I did a few months ago. Bear in mind that they look quite harsh in colour as they'd just been done. If you haven't got any brows of your own, you'll love it. Life changing. PM if I can help. xxx
