I only know of people in Scotland that do it so cant help with suggesting anyone but wanted to say that i've had my eyebrows done and absolutely love them, its made such a difference and if you find the right person I would highly recommend it!

I am a permanent make up technician, I've been doing it for two years now from my clinic south of Leicester (about 15 mins off junction 20 of the M1). I am qualified and have additionally undergone significant advanced training with the Nouveau group. Thank you all for your replies. I will probably contact the one in Reading, for more information, as its close to where I live. I'm still not 100% sure I will get it done yet.

Slightly off topic so apologies, but, go for it Lorraine! I had my eye liner (upper and lower) done last week and I just know it will have been worth it!

Its very expensive though. I've been using a pencil to fill them in so i know the shape and look will be perfect. I shall have to keep saving.
