shelf life of open primer

Can any body tell me the shelf life of primer. I have mine for about 2 years and seems okay. ( didn't do much nails until recently)

bout 6 months from opening

Saying that... if you hold it up to the light and it looks like there are lil guppies floating about... Its either contaminated or polymerising and should be replaced.
