Shellac vs. Gel II?

Does anyone use both? How do they compare. I've used shellac for years and live it but some clients could do with something s little harder wearing.

Many use both. We do. We have really nearly moved completely over to gel 2 but will probably always offer shellac alongside as we have some hard and fast fans.

At the end of the day, they are two different products. One is a gel and one is a gel varnish hybrid although interestingly, some of our true shellac fans are the ones who get great wear from it so why switch?

We have definitely benefited from offering both x
