Anyone else had any issues with it giving some colours a yellow tint? Im having to use the old top coat for french... any thoughts?

If you apply it thinly enough it shouldn't change the colour of the Shellac at all once cured.

It shouldn't but I find it does so for French and very pale colours I'm keeping a regular top coat

I read on a previous post about this that if it isn't cured properly it stays yellow but turns clear when it is fully cured... It's yellow in the bottle. Are you using new LED lamp? I've been using it in the uv lamp and not had any problems.

As hannajadem said keep your application thin, thinner than the original top coat so more like a colour coat, and you shouldn't have any problems.
