Hi I'm new to lashing i've done 10-15 sets so far each taking at least 2 hours. Luckily i've been able to spend as long as i want doing them as I work from home. My problem is that I've taken on a few hours work in a local salon and my boss wants me to do them in 1 hour. We are a fully booked salon with apts before and after so i can't run late. Other lashers have said its not about how long it takes its about doing a good job which i totally agree with but in the real world time is money to employers and she says its not profitable enough if its taking me that long. I can see it from both sides. Any advice?

A full set in an hour? You have to be honest and your boss needs to be realistic... A new lasher to do a full set in a hour?? Is asking way too much xx

My "half set" appointments are 1hour. Around 50-60 lashes per eye. She may be comparing timing to sets like these? What is she wanting to charge clients for this 1hour set? X

Just a half set by my standards. Many salons are happy to refer to the same thing as a full set.
I charge £35 for it lol £50 for full. X

volume lash infill on one of my clients with not that many natural lashes, however over the months they are getting fuller and growing straighter where as before they were all over the place.

Beautiful. Love it when you can see a difference in there lashes getting better.
Proof they don't wreck your lashes if done properly and looked after properly xx
