where can I get information about this gel?

I think what you may have is the Sina uvgel kit 1 or 2 ?

I have seen these in a brochure I recently got from Salonserve

Salonserve is great for nail art bits and Sina polishes aren't too bad either espcially for someone on a buget and are starting out. I can't speak for the gel products but the L&P was horrible! The monomer smells odd and the products sets rock hard before you can apply to the nail. Had a friend who bought it and she just chucked it out. You may just want to get a trial kit if you can just to try before you buy.
