SJK, can't contact them

Could anyone tell me what telephone number they use to orderextensions from SJK. The number on the website i'v tried ringing a couple of times, is an irish lady who's told me not to call back.
Its kind of putting me off ordering from them, as i cant find a telephone number anywhere.

I've had terrible problems with them lately and I'm still waiting to get a refund for faulty goods. The have replied to none of my emails or phone messages. Apparently the connected PayPal (I had raised a dispute with them regarding a refund). It's been awful :'( x

Iv emailed them aswel and asked if they will ring me, i'll try that number and see if that works. Thankyou xx
